Behind Every Successful Development Is A Strong Finance and Exit Strategy

People often see the finished homes.

They rarely see the funding strategy behind them.

Every successful development starts with three questions:

1. How will the project be funded?

2. How will costs be controlled?

3. What is the exit strategy?

Recently we supported a client acquiring a site with planning permission already in place. Architecture has done a great job envisioning what they were creating, and the 3D system brought it to life on screen.

The developer had the vision.

The builder was ready.

The opportunity was there.

The challenge was securing a lender comfortable with the location and build type.

Using our lender relationships, we secured a facility that matched the project's requirements and future sales strategy to hold onto the properties instead of selling.

The result is a development now progressing successfully toward completion.

Good developments are built on strong foundations.

Great developments are built on strong funding foundations.
